National Steering Committee

The MREP National Steering Committee (NSC) charts the course for the success of the program, supports the regional Steering Committees, and stitches together best practices across MREP regions.  The NSC consists of representatives from each regional MREP Steering Committee: two fishing representatives (Program Principals), one Council staff representative, and a regional NOAA Fisheries representative.  Senior Advisors who were some of the original fisheries representatives for MREP regions, GMRI staff, and the NOAA Fisheries headquarters grant sponsor make up the rest of the NSC.
